Day 6: Hands

Give a hand for help and peace
Don’t get out of hand and create mischief

Treasures change hands to be a part of the story
So take the matter in your own hands and invent your glory

Be available and don’t get your hands full
Try your hand at everything except fighting a bull

Don’t wait for it to be at hand
Before you get your hands dirty take a stand
Have a hand in making the good
Don’t wash off your hands because you will be misunderstood

Hands down you’re the best
The hand me downs don’t make you fret
You experience first hand for memory
You don’t let the second hand make you weary

Recall these mysterious woods like the back of your hand
Tip you hands and make it grand
Your hands aren’t tied so don’t simply bear
Join them together and chant a prayer

You are now in good hands therefore you must choose
On one hand you could
On the other hand you should

    1. That doesn’t sound silly at all that’s very sweet. This will sound weird but sometimes i look at my hand and whisper i think you’re very pretty and confessing this right now makes it sound even weirder.

      1. Yeah I see that, I like the juxtaposition of opposites like “Be available and don’t get your hands full. Try your hand at everything except fighting a bull”.

  1. I like this couplet very much: Your hands aren’t tied so don’t simply bear
Join them together and chant a prayer. Thanks for leaving me a couple of likes today. I am enjoying the Discover Prompts. I’ve read some of yours.
